Queries the highlighting settings for an item type.

Parameters
hWndTbl
Window Handle: Handle of the table

nItemType
Number: The item type, one of the supported item types ( MTBL_ITEM* )

nItemPart
Number: The item part, one of the supported item parts ( MTBL_PART* )

crHiLiDef
fcMTblHiLiDef: The current highlighting definition for the specified item type

Return
Boolean: TRUE if successful or FALSE if an error occured or no definition exists
