bOk = MTblGetEffHighlighting( cItem, crHiLiDef )

Gets the effective highlighting settings of an item ( = actually used settings ).

Parameters
cItem
fcMTblItem: The item.

crHiLiDef
fcMTblHiLiDef: The effective highlighting definition of the specified item.

Return
Boolean: TRUE if successful or FALSE if an error occured or no effective definition exists
