Automatic column sizing

With MTblAutoSizeColumn, M!Table provides a more sophisticated way to size columns automatically than VisTblAutoSizeColumn does.
First of all, all M!Table extensions are considered. Furthermore, you can define which rows are to be used, if hidden columns are to be sized etc.
Besides M!Table sends messages while sizing. For example, when responding to MTM_QueryMaxColWidth, the column width can be limited.
